Our Sparkling Rosé is made from a blend of traditional champagne grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Barrel fermented and made in the Traditional Method in the bottle.
Bright, lifted wild strawberry fruit with rose petal and cream. Fine bead, perfume and spice on the palate with good structure, balance and a dry finish. An excellent aperitif style matched with a soft goats cheese and olives.
