2016 Pinot Noir: Made exclusively from our Rahona Valley estate from five clones - MV6, 115, G5V15, D2V5, D5V12. From a slightly warmer vintage than 2015, the usual sublimely perfumed strawberries and berries, are combined with a few plummy and savoury notes as well.

Fresh and light, this donut shaped buffalo cheese is lightly ashed to create a wrinkly grey rind, encasing a mild lactic cheese. When mature, Tempest is rich and oozy with a complex flavour.
