Our Vintage Rosé is made from a blend of traditional champagne grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Barrel fermented and made in the Traditional Method in the bottle. The wine has lifted aromatics of cherries and strawberries with floral notes. On the palate there is red fruits and rose water with complexity from notes of mandarin peel and spice. Time on lees has lended a creamy texture with hints of brioche and roasted nuts. A complex and delicious wine perfect with smoked salmon.
