Our Cuvée Blanc is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and includes some reserve wine. Pale gold in colour with a nose full of red apples, strawberries, citrus and white flowers. The palate is layered with fresh citrus, stone fruit and creme brulee while the fine persistent bead enhances the texture and lends a soft creamy mouthfeel to the crisp finish.
