Pale salmon colour with a slight copper hue. A bouquet of red berries, subtle red rose petals, melon and citrus aromas fill the glass. Gently flowing on the palate are flavours of strawberries, raspberries and currants, with a refreshing hint of blood orange/amaro. The finish is dry and long with a textural component from the barrel fermentation. Enjoy with smoked salmon and canapes.
