Finally, after much delay our new tasting room is now open at 3/48 Collins Raod, Dromana.
Open Saturday and Sunday 12-5pm. Toby and Dianne, the owners of Rahona Valley, welcome all visitors, including their furry friends at their new pop-up cellar door. We look forward to welcoming you for wine tasting, cheese platters and our new matched chocolate and wine tasting experience (coming soon). It's been a while between drinks! With lockdowns last year and moving, we have not had our cellar door open for way too long.
We are excited to announce we will reopen on Feb 18th at our new (temporary home) in Collins Road, Dromana. We look froward to welcoming customers back and sharing a glass of wine. 2020 was certainly a year like no other, and we are hoping 2021 is better for everyone.
At Rahona Valley we are hoping for:
Let's keep our fingers crossed! Cheers. In recognition of International Chardonnay Day this week, I thought I would share 6 facts about Chardonnay you may or may not know.
So if you haven't had a chardonnay in a while, why not have a glass or two today. Due to COVID-19 our cellar door is currently closed but you can order wine directly through the website, for delivery or pick up. We look forward to the day, hopefully soon, we can enjoy a wine on the deck with our guests.
Seriously. Good.
Rahona Valley is bringing guest chef Dave Bain to Red Hill for the Winter Wine Weekend across the Queen's Birthday long weekend. A head chef with 20 years in the industry, Dave has worked at hatted restaurants in Melbourne and around the world and is seriously obsessed with American-style barbeque and smoked meats. He will be cooking up a primal feast: whole suckling pig crackling over a fire pit,and smoked American-style beef brisket, served in brioche buns with pork jus, charred apple chutney, roasted corn salsa slaw and homemade pickles. Join Toby, Dianne and Chef Dave at Rahona Valley for seriously good food and wine. Sunday 10th & Monday 11th June 2018 - 11:00am - 5:00pm No bookings required. |
